Mr. Valletta founded Valletta Ritson & Company in 1989 with Stephen Ritson to fulfill a niche for high-end, high service retained executive search in Upstate New York. The business has grown from that original regional focus to a nationwide practice serving a highly diversified client base.

Mr. Valletta has conducted a broad range of C-Level and mission critical individual contributor engagements in the high technology theatre with specialized sector expertise in fiber optic connectors; advanced electronic interconnect solutions and process control capital equipment for the semiconductor; nanoelectronic, and solar industries.

Frank is often called upon by companies to provide counsel and support for staffing initiatives focused on building and promoting a culturally diverse next generation of leadership.
Prior to entering the Executive Search field, Mr. Valletta held key positions in Human Resources, specializing in Talent Acquisition Management with the Eastman Kodak Company, Eaton Corporation and Harris Corporation.

Mr. Valletta is active in his local community, founding the Seton High School Girls Lacrosse Program. He also serves on several Boards of Directors including:

- Binghamton Philharmonic

- The Catholic Education Foundation

Frank graduated from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business with a Masters of Labor and Human Resources. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College.

Mr. Dalmolen became a Managing Partner of Valletta Ritson & Company in 2004 charged with leading the company's operations and Business Development strategy. His process orientation and broad technical expertise have been critical to Valletta Ritson & Company's continued growth.

Hans has served as the lead engagement consultant on many critical searches with a frequent focus in information technology, electronics, biotechnology. Functionally, he has most often led engagements in General Management, Sales, Engineering and Product Management. In addition to being the client contact for many of Valletta Ritson & Company’s key assignments, Hans manages day-to-day operations for the firm’s in-house research and recruiting teams and has also served as the Practice Lead for government, nonprofit and academic related engagements. Channel Sales Talent is a standalone practice area focused exclusively on identifying, attracting and placing exceptional sales talent for companies that sell through the IT Channel.

Prior to joining Valletta Ritson & Company, Hans held key leadership positions within privately held hardware and software companies and a business to business marketing services firm.

Mr. Dalmolen is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Southern Tier Association for Human Resources. He is also an active member of the Binghamton University Athletics Board of Directors and a member of the Binghamton University (Harpur) Forum.

Hans received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Law from Binghamton University.
